:: CIUWA camera crews arrive at Gunner's Johnston home late on Sunday after a tip surfaced that Gunner had returned from Italy. Dick Hurts from Holdin knocks on the door, catching the surprise of a lifetime. The door opens but it's not Gunner. Out of the darkness creeps a giant of a man who speaks not a word of English ::
Dick: Er--- uh, is Gunner home?
Man: mumbled incoherent speech
Dick: Uh, I'm sorry????
:: The man repeats himself ::
Dick: I don't quite understand.... If Gunner is home, may I speak with him?
Man: mumbled incoherent speech
Dick: Um, ok? I'm. just. gonna. come in then.....
:: The giant man pounds his fist in anger against the door frame, blocking Dick Hurts from Holdin's entry to the home. He begins to yell at Dick while thrusting the other hand towards a cameraman's throat. The dark house echoes with the sound of Gunner's voice yelling in Italian. The giant puts down his hands and steps away from the door revealing Gunner standing in the hallway ::
Dick: WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?
Gunner: Don't worry about that, what do you need Dick? Why are you here? What's with the camera crew?
Dick: Gunner, I need to ask you a few questions about your whereabouts over the past few weeks!
Gunner: I've got nothing to hide.... have a seat.
:: Gunner points to a large red couch wrapped in a clear, plastic, protective cover. As Dick sits down, the plastic squeaks ::
Dick: Gunner, are you aware that Mr. Winters was arrested a few weeks ago? And if so, is that why you fled the country?
Gunner: Well first off, yes, I heard of Mark's arrest. I also heard it was because Rune just couldn't go down by himself and take it like a man. He had to open his mouth and get us involved. Because of this, I pulled a few strings and I'm sure right about now Rune is still taking it, but not like a man. No this time I'm afraid he's taking it like his mom... Bent over a sink, legs all bowed out, getting the ride of his life.
Second, I did not, in any way, flee the country. I had to attend my brother's wedding back home in Florence. While I was there, I finally got to meet this man.
:: Gunner points to the giant man who originally blocked Dick's entry. The man, now sitting at the wet bar, lets off an evil smile as he pounds back a jagerbomb ::
He is my sister-in-law's cousin once removed from his father's side. He was an MMA fighter back in Italy, the finest of all submission specialists! They called him "Obsidian" Arturo Gonzalves!!! He's an big evil bastard with a anger problem. He was recently issued a lifetime ban from MMA for breaking a guy's neck in the front row at one of his fights, just for laughs! I asked Arturo to come back to America with me and be my tag partner.
Dick: So then you've heard about the match Mr. Winters has arranged for you?
Gunner: Yes, yes I have. And I just want to say this, the CIUWA tag division will not know what hit them. With my brute force and Arturo's submission skills, we will destroy all in our path to glory. AND IT STARTS WITH ASC!!!
Dick: What about KCS International? They are undefeated thus far. If you defeat Azure Sky Corps. this Friday, you will become the #2 contenders and face KCS for the vacant title.
Arturo: mumbled incoherent speech :: Long, Maniacal laugh ::
Gunner: If we defeat Azure Sky Corps? IF?!?!?! IFFFFFF?!?!?!?! Don't be ridiculous! I have taken proper measures to make sure we will DESTROY them! After we are through with Xise and Rune they're gonna wish they were the spectator back in Florence! Dick, fearing for his life, decides to make a run for the utility van. Shortly after leaving the Johnston home he stops to gather himself at a McDonalds, when he realizes what he had just done ::
